Say hi
Tell us about your business.
We onboard every business personally, so the first step is a conversation rather than a signup form.
There is no signup button, on purpose.
Setting Ash up means connecting a phone number, your calendar, your email and your CRM, and teaching it how your business actually answers people. That is genuinely a guided process, and pretending otherwise with a self-serve form would just move the difficulty to the part where you are alone with it.
So we do it with you. It is also, frankly, what most businesses buying a phone-answering service expect — the ones who care how their clients are spoken to tend not to want it configured by a wizard.
What we will ask.
Enough to know whether Ash is a good fit and what setting it up would involve. What kind of business you run, roughly what volume of calls and messages you handle, what you use for a calendar and a CRM, and what currently falls through.
- Your business
- What you do, and who tends to be getting in touch.
- Your volume
- Roughly how much comes in, and on which channels.
- Your tools
- What you already use for calendar, email and CRM.
- The gap
- What is being missed today. This is usually the useful part.
What happens next.
We will tell you honestly whether Ash fits. If it does, we set it up with you, and you start paying once it is running — not before. If it does not, we will say so; a business that needs something other than this is not a business we want to spend three months disappointing.
